Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah Announces Burial Arrangements for His Mother-in-Law

The Member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, has announced the burial arrangements for his beloved mother-in-law, Ezinne Augustina Ananyenwa Obi (Nee Maduakor), who passed on at the age of 82.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and respected matriarch, Ezinne Augustina Obi lived a life of humility, love, service, and unwavering faith. Her legacy of kindness and dedication to family and community will continue to inspire generations.

*The burial programme is as follows:*

Tuesday, 11th August 2026: Wake Keep at 5:00 p.m. at her Enugu residence, No. 55 Ogbete Crescent, Housing Estate, Abakpa Nike, Enugu State.

Thursday, 13th August 2026: Wake Keep at 5:00 p.m. at the Late Pa Philip Ikpeamanweze Obi’s Compound, Amankwo Inyi, Oji River LGA, Enugu State.

Friday, 14th August 2026: Lying-in-State at 9:30 a.m., followed by Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Edmund’s Catholic Church, Amankwo Inyi, Oji River LGA, Enugu State. Interment will take place immediately after the Mass at her husband’s compound, with a reception to follow at Girls High School, Inyi.

Sunday, 16th August 2026: Thanksgiving Mass at 9:00 a.m. at St. Edmund’s Catholic Church, Amankwo Inyi.
